Writing Prompt 1: Write Facebook status updates for the year 2050.
I thought it would be fun to write these posts from the perspective of a teenage girl in the year 2050. I had a blast wrapping my brain around the possible life of a futuristic teenage girl, and how their pubescent posts of "turmoil" might look. This is what I came up with!

I can't skorfing believe it, I ordered my Cat2.4 about 2 hours ago. It just barely transpopped into my bedroom...what are the postalbots even doing these days? Hello! it's called a restoboot. #postalbotproblems

UGH! I just caught my brother using my netgoggles to surf the virtual web. God knows what v-sites he was even visiting. Did he ask? No. Was he all sweaty and guilty looking? ...yes :(

Today was pretty amezzy, in class we took a field trip with netgoggles. We got to experience this old school building called a library and see what books used to look like. Kids like us actually used to read them! No v-web or anything, pretty unscorfing believable.

The strawberry diet gum works like a charm! Like, I can't believe I wasted time doing that v-web fitness program. I mean, I only got like 2 green skin spots after the first stick. Haven't tried it yet ladies? Transpop it now, it's amezzy. #chewyourwaytoskinny

in the year 2050 all posts are made from neural links because....Science, or the fact that robots have taken over and are feeding off us matrix style.
